Initial FREE Home or Business survey
We offer free, no obligation surveys to discuss your requirements and assess the suitability of solar panels. Once we have calculated the amount of solar energy you can accommodate at your property we will outline the options available to you and highlight the benefits of the installation.
Formal Written Quotation
You will receive a comprehensive proposal which will include an itemised quotation of the equipment that we will be installing. We also provide payback projections estimating your electricity savings and Feed-In-Tariff income.
Agreed Installation Date
Once you have accepted a quotation we immediately discuss suitable installation dates. We do our upmost to accommodate installation requests to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Scaffolding Access (if required)
If your property requires scaffolding we will arrange for this to be erected within 24-48 hours prior to your installation.
Installation
Our team of qualified installers will begin your installation on the agreed start date. The duration of the works will obviously depend on the size and complexity of the system and a timetable of the installation process will be discussed with you by our friendly office staff.
Completion & Commissioning
Once the installation is completed we will arrange for the scaffolding to be removed (if applicable) and arrange a suitable date to visit you and sign off the installation. We will provide you with all the necessary commissioning paperwork and assist in applying for Government incentives to ensure you enjoy the full benefits of your new solar system!
Ongoing Customer Care
We like to form strong relationships with our customers and keep in regular contact with updates and tips which may benefit their own particular setup. We also encourage customers to keep us informed with the performance of their systems so that we can monitor their progress and apply any changes where necessary.
